Olga Espinoza

Olga Espinoza holds a Master of Law, from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil). She is also an attorney, from the San Martín de Porres University (Peru).

She has worked as a consultant for the Ford Foundation in the Human Rights and Citizenship Program, and for the Inter-American Development Bank. She was Director of the Citizen Security Studies Center (CESC) of the Institute of Public Affairs (INAP) at the University of Chile, between 2014 and 2017.

She is currently a member of the Steering Committee of the Chair of Human Rights of the University of Chile and is a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Policy on Social Reintegration of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
